With over 20 years of experience in management, business development, and technology, Shay Zingher brings a strong track record of driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and technological innovation to Aztek. Prior to joining Aztek, Shay served as CEO of NGSoft, where he successfully led the company through a period of strategic expansion and digital transformation. He has also held senior leadership roles at prominent IT and technology firms, including Ness Technologies and Rafael.
Shay holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Technion. His ability to align technology with business objectives, combined with a deep understanding of enterprise IT, positions him as a trusted and forward-thinking leader.
